Medinat.ca reserves the right, without prior notice, to refuse to do business with any customer and/or limit order quantity of any item of an order. It may be necessary for Medinat.ca, at all times, to verify personal information or relating to credit cards before accepting any order.

We accept the following credit cards: Visa. MasterCard
The purchase price for each product you order is the one which appears on every specific product page on the Website.
The prices of products sold online may differ from the prices charged for the same products sold by phone.
Shipping and delivery cost, and applicable taxes are extra fees.
Medinat.ca reserves the right to change at any time the price of products offered on the Website, without notice.
All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
Products purchased on www.medinat.ca are not exchangeable or refundable.
All customers are strongly encouraged to contact Medinat.ca to report any problems. In its effort to provide an excellent after-sales service, at its discretion, Medinat.ca will do all it’s possible and what is required to ensure that every customer is completely satisfied.
Medinat.ca does not guarantee, in any case, the availability of products offered on the Website. If Medinat.ca cannot deliver the product you ordered due to stock shortage, Medinat.ca will notify you by email of the following options:
- Receive only the products that are available and be credited for the product that are not available
- Cancel the order in part or in whole.
Medinat.ca will, in no way, be held responsible for any damage you may suffer due to a stock shortage.
Medinat.ca will deliver products ordered by you to the address you supplied when you order.
Delivery will be made as soon as possible after acceptance of your order. The time and cost of delivery may vary according to destination of the shipment, the delivery method selected and the product availability. Delivery times are estimated from the time the products leave Medinat.ca business place.
You become the owner of products you have ordered when they will be delivered by Medinat.ca to the carrier. From that moment, you will be required to bear the risks and Medinat.ca will not be liable for their loss or destruction.
For all products shipped outside Canada, you are responsible for all costs of clearance and other costs related to exporting outside of Canada.
Delivery of products is subject to the rules of delivery companies with which Medinat.ca deals and to the rules of any other company with which Medinat.ca may do business from time to time. If applicable, you are subject to policies concerning the signing of an acknowledgment of receipt of products. If you are away from where you asked Medinat.ca to deliver your order, it is your responsibility to recover the products.
No delivery will be made to a PO Box.
Medinat.ca must have received the full payment for your products that must be delivered to you prior to delivery.
In the event of Medinat.ca responsibility to you may be needed, it will be limited to an amount of money equivalent to the price you paid for the products.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in this section shall be construed to limit any right you may have as a consumer under either the laws of public order that could be applicable in your case.
Act of God
Medinat.ca will not be liable for non fulfilment, in whole or in part, of one or another of its obligations to you nor for damages or losses you may suffer, if the non fulfilment, damages, losses resulting from an act of God or circumstances beyond its control.
